[Poetry] Raindrop

I'm starting this blog to post some of my writings and poetry.  Most of my poetry was written in college but I still write from time to time.

The first is one of my favorites:  Raindrop

Raindrop

I look outside

and think:

If I could just be

like, that first raindrop

that led the storm,

leaving his formlessness

behind—

Admiral of the sky

changing the world

by slicing that

lucid air

that same air

through which the rest

followed.

If I could just be

like, a raindrop

I think.
